About

We are a family-owned, metal alloy fabricator specializing in small order quantity, customized parts for OEMs and systems integrators that require complex assemblies and high tolerance parts.

Enduron is your full-service solution. We bring tube bending, welding, painting and assembly under one roof. We offer flexible scheduling, quick turnarounds and a superior problem-solving capacity.

Most importantly, we make quality. Often, you’ll find our work at the intersection of risk and safety – where failure puts life and limb at risk. This understanding drives our commitment to quality, 100% compliance and a “get it done” attitude that energizes our workforce.

Meet our staff

Richard Klassen

President

Richard has been Enduron's fearless leader since 1997, and he brings vast experience to the table. Prior to his time with Enduron, Richard earned himself a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration. From there, he spent 15 years learning the industry at a major United States automotive parts manufacturer and a mid-sized Canadian industrial equipment manufacturer. At these companies, he gained valuable experience in marketing, operations, engineering and quality control before bringing these skills to customers at Enduron. Richard always gets a thrill from solving customers' technical challenges in innovative and resourceful ways.

Julian Kulbacki

General Manager

Julian's expertise in the fabrication world spans nearly two decades. He's done it all, including inside sales, outside sales and acting as a sales manager and then office manager at another firm. When he saw an opportunity at Enduron open up, he jumped at the chance to join the company’s sales team. He's grown with the business, and after four years in sales, Julian became General Manager in 2010. What motivates Julian every day is knowing that there is always a new challenge ahead, and that Enduron's fearless team is eager to expand their capabilities.

Les Majnusz

ENGINEERING MANAGER

With 39 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Les brings a broad knowledge of the trade to Enduron’s factory floor. He joined the company in 1997, starting as an engineering technician who spent his days working in Solidworks 3D CAD design software. Les advanced to the Technical Services Supervisor position and was soon promoted to his current position as Engineering Manager. Enduron’s people are the reason Les enjoys coming to work every day. He says, “Working together on challenging projects, communicating with customers, problem solving and getting the job done right are some the things that make Enduron a great place to work.”

JOHN KLASSEN

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Acting in several roles since he joined Enduron in 2012, John has gained a unique perspective on the company's full scope. He knows the ins and outs of the business, and he's brought that expertise to our customers. What John enjoys most about his business development duties is tailoring creative solutions, even ones the customer hasn't thought of yet. Whether handling an emergency call or tackling a new large-scale project, John says, "I like finding that niche and providing perfectly compliant parts alongside great customer service so that relationships can grow, solidify and endure."

CHELSEA SMITH

PURCHASING MANAGER

Chelsea has been with Enduron since 2006 in a variety of roles, including estimation, customer service and, most currently, purchasing.
